Listed below is a cross section of our recent projects. We work either directly with an end user client or under sub-contract to other contractors.

· Providing design and technical services as well as project management on a design and build campus.

· Involving fire protection and security (cctv, intruder, access & gas detection). Contracted as part of a consortium under ADT Manchester.

· Developing the company’s Quality Management System and operational delivery to the BAFE and NSI requirements of Fire Silver.

· Leading the application process for third party accreditation through NSI.

· Managing the implementation of new procedures and work instructions and in-house training.

· Upgrading the company’s Quality Management System and operational delivery from NACOSS Gold to include Fire Gold incorporating BAFE and NSI requirements.

· Leading the application process for third party accreditation through NSI.

· Managing the implementation of new procedures and work instructions .

· In-house training.

· The company manage hi-spec buildings with rigorous service level agreements for tenants in hi-tech and the financial service industries.

· Initial evaluation of existing fire and security provision.

· Writing a full tender for upgrading provision to ensure a specified future suitability.

· Providing technical services during installation, such as on-site auditing, verification and witness testing.

A six month contract to provide a tailored programme of in-house staff training. The aim was to improve the level of fire capability, and to reinforce understanding of the company’s operational procedures.
